As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role inarchitecting, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring high performance,scalability, and reliability.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Kotlin.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them intorobust technical solutions.Architect and implement efficient and reusable backend systems for optimal performance.Write clean, well-designed, and testable code while adhering to best practices and codingstandards.Optimize and troubleshoot applications for performance, scalability, and security.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in knowledge sharingwithin the team.Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improvesystems and processes.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin.Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes).Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.Ability to work in an agile development environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good to Have Skills:Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) for full-stack development.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge on AWS DeploymentFamiliarity with security best practices in backend development.Contributions to open-source projects or relevant certifications are a plus
