Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus# System Administration Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems# Windows and Linux:o Event Logs Syslogs Analysiso Patch and Security Update Managemento Performance analysis using built in performance counters# Network connectivity for both private and public networks# Conceptual knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Security, and Access Control# Automating Operating System tasks through the use of Powershell scripting# Good Communication Skills - spoken and written English.# Recent work experience in a customer facing role# Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment decision making ability.# 24 7 support model, rotational shifts, Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.
