Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life forall.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR52549 ASSOCIATE SECURITY ENGINEER - IT CSESWe are changing the way Micron Technology; Inc. thinks about Security Operations and are looking for experienced Security Engineers to help in this endeavor.In this role you will be part of a fast-paced team focusing on Security Operations in Micron's IT Infrastructure Operations.Responsibilities and TasksThis role will focus on various security technologies within IT Operations and Engineering, some of the key areas of responsibility include:Enhance security technical controls deployed for a worldwide enterprise.Ensure protection of networks, systems, and applications by enforcement of AV solution, EDR, PAM, and DLP security policy.Configure, Maintain and Monitor AV solution, EDR, PAM, and DLP security alerts using available Endpoint security tools to respond, triage, and escalate as needed.Identify trends and drive requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing data loss prevention detection policies.Engineer, configure, deploy, and maintain Endpoint security tools including but not limited to AV solutions, EDR, PAM, and DLP.Develop advanced alerts/reports to meet the requirements of key stakeholders.Create AV, EDR, PAM, and DLP rules/signatures to mitigate threats and implement best practices.Upgrade in-scope security infrastructure to maintain the latest approved versions.Keep patches up to date on in-scope security infrastructure.Standard escalation to senior staffResolve daily incident requests and resolutions.Maintain an audit review process for policy exceptions.Fulfill daily service requests and resolutions.Participation in root cause analysis with senior-level engineersTroubleshooting with end usersOn-call duties to quickly respond to and remediate P1 and P2 incidentsResponse and participation in Critical incidents as part of an Emergency Response Team (ERT)Expected to work in rotational shifts from the office. Expected to perform all operational-driven activities, as this role is for the Info-Security Operations.
