This role is located in Pune/Chennai - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:The Data Management Support Analyst possesses or develops "Subject Matter Expertise" on Eagle's Data Management and Performance Products. Candidates should have excellent analytical problem-solving skills and have the ability to quickly triage and resolve complex client issues. Some experience or understanding of the Investment Accounting industry, data/information delivery, managing and maintaining data, database research, or working with financial reference data is preferred. Experience with Eagle products or other complex integrated systems is a plus but not required. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow their business and technical skills. Knowledge Specialist should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively correspond with clients, Client facing teams, engineers, and Product Owners.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Investigate and troubleshoot issues in the Eagle Data Management product area, providing timely solutions to client issues.Troubleshooting may include database research, running SQL statements, system log review, recreating reports based on database fields according to clients settings, reviewing system parameters to find root cause Identify, test, recreate, resolve and/or escalate complex problemsBuild strategic relationships with client facing resources, Research & Development, and other departments within BNY Data & AnalyticsContribute to creating training materials, generating technical notes, and developing problem isolation toolsPublish or review technical documentation on advanced concepts, including development of content for knowledge base articles, white papers, troubleshooting guidesIf necessary working on accounting, performance measurement and enterprise issues.Participating in client calls or client meetings to expedite the issue resolution processTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:3-6 years of experience in investment/fund accounting or reference data management, or performance analysis. Preferably in a business analysis or client support role Understanding of full lifecycle of financial operations \ reporting, which is trade, trade settlement, data loading through different source, validating the data, organizing, and reporting.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and mathematical skillsProven ability to define problems, analyse and resolve complex issuesStrong critical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as neededStrong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
