TheEnterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX),a global organization that sits within EDDS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.The open role is forEnterprise Communication Enablement and Transformation (ECET)team under ECMX, leads the transition the POD communications platform to an in-house POA platform for servicing communications. As a team, the focus is on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experience through communications with compelling features and functionality globally.We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can help achieving the delivery targets for Communications Migration to the Raven POA platform (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App Push Notifications).Core Responsibilities·Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize projects, and define clear requirements for technology partners for products owned.·Contribute to the overall product roadmap (primarily Communications Migration currently) and translate business/customer needs to create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, for owned products and capabilities.·Execute upon roadmap in partnership with multiple scrum teams.·Assess KPIs to track performance of communications leveraging the relevant system(s) of record.·Drive collaborative spirit when working with technology, business stakeholders, and key partners across the Enterprise through frequent and open communication.·Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms, systems of record, and teams, to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities.·Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends.Minimum Qualifications:·2+ years' experience working in an Agile product development environment.·Demonstrates previous experience on Comms platform development.·Experience on any previous migration projects will be a plus.·Proven track record of shaping the product vision and delivering digital capabilities.·Highly collaborative team player with strong communication skills.·Strong communications skillsTechnical Skills/Capabilities:·SAFe/ Agile certified·Jira/ Rally·Stakeholder ManagementAcademic Background:·Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of experience in Product Management·Strong understanding of rules/logics, analytical approach·Preferred leadership skills with ability to build relationships·Demonstrated strategic thinking, proven ability to drive results and robust problem solving skillsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
