We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Digital Marketing II to join our Marketing team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ensure consultant databases/data vendor platforms are populated and maintained to a high standard and on a timely basisEnsure regular data delivery is maintained for each database for performance, characteristics, AUM, personnel, DEI and other qualitative datasetsEnsure consistency and accuracy of product information across all databases and in line with firm's policyPerform quality checks for data reflecting over various platforms and proactively raise discrepancies with stakeholders for quick resolutionEnhance/streamline existing process of uploading and QC to minimise manual efforts and increase efficiencyCreate visualisation metrics to track status of information over databases every quarter and accordingly work with partner for timely upload and QCWork closely with RFP team to help qualify for any opportunity dependent on accuracy of information over databaseTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 3-4 years of relevant experience in consultant databasesProficiency in consultant databases and related tools e.g., eVestment, GIMD, CAMRA etc.Analytical and critical analysis ability; strong eye for detail to perform effective QCKnowledge, familiarity and understanding of asset management, especially RFPMulti-tasking and ability to work under pressureAbility to confidently interact with and present to stakeholders of all levelsTechnical skills -Advanced Excel, especially Macros, Vlookup and PivotsPowerPointData visualisation (Power BI, Tableau)RPAMaster's in Marketing, Business Development, Economics or FinanceCFA or FRM preferableAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
