In this role, you would perform various HR tasks, following standard processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to these processes. If you are analytical, with a keen eye for problem solving and process improvement, then this might just be the distinct opportunity you've been seeking.What you will do:• Gather, review, and Analyse data regarding the business and its operations.• Prepare models and process maps for improvements.• Communicate findings and suggestions to key stakeholders.• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.• Manage escalations, conduct and report Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and identify and manage risks.• Prepare and participate in Statutory Audits, complete observations, and ensure readiness for future audits.• Ensure effective execution of governance structures, audits, and assessments, contributing to the organization's compliance readiness.• Support quality management and governance by conducting internal assessments and compliance checks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.• Manage access controls and oversee key access governance.The skills you bring:• Must have a minimum Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Data Science or equivalent.• Must have at least 5 years of work experience in a global MNC.• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Advance and MS PowerPoint.• Hands-on experience with Power BI.• Experience working with global stakeholders and teams is required.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong attention to detailWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
