Assistant Hr - Crewing / Manning

Role & Responsibilities:Familiarity with fleet details and crew documents.Sourcing seafarers according to owners and fleet requirements.Managing department paperwork and filing systems.Ensuring compliance with crew documents.Understudying the Executive - HR (Seafarers) to learn and prepare for advancement.Skills Required:a. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.b.
