This job role is responsible for monitoring, Analysis, coordination, support to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.We believe in trust – we trust each other to do the right things!We believe in taking decisions as close to the product and technical expertise as possible.We believe in creativity – trying new things and learning from our mistakes.We believe in sharing our insights and helping one another to build an even better user plane.We truly believe in happiness; we enjoy and feel passionate about what we do and value each other's technical competence deeply.What you will do Support the following systems and functions:Monitoring with the help of Appdynamics Tool.Action on alerts in monitoring tools and the traffic from Downstream Systems and towards Upstream Systems.Proactive monitoring of Load, Response time and error.Checking the basic metrics like node health, CPU, memory, agent status.Proactive monitoring of All KPIsBasic idea of business transaction and troubleshooting of BTs using flow maps, snapshots, metric browser, diagnostics sessions, events.Understanding of END to END KPI monitoring in terms of business transaction.Coordination with L2(Application team) teams to resolve any operational issues.Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management.Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets.Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certificationsCoordinating with Project Teams, Vendors, and Business teams during the incidents.You will bring Clear understanding of concepts of Load or call/min , Response time and error for webpage or application.Clear understanding of HTTP error code.understanding of basic metrics like node health, CPU, memory, agent status.Basic idea of business transaction and KPIs.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
