The Data Management Analyst position will provide day to day tactical execution of key Data Management & Governance functions including:1)Expand the data needs to include all GRC business processes.2)Build GRC ODLs by data exploration activities to identify the common variables and unified definition of these variables3)Implement strong data quality controls in entire data management process with 100% accuracy and 100% on time delivery4)Define supplemental capabilities to support the standardized data layer5)Follow industry best agile practices to deliver key priorities6)Identify GRC Critical Data Elements (CDEs)7)Nominate GFCC & GRC CDEs to the Enterprise Data Governance board for enhanced governance8)Identify and providing governance of upstream SORs9)Identify data gaps and implementing Data Quality checks while working with the EnterpriseQualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Products, or related field.2-4 years relevant experience in building data capabilities or similar roles.Deep and broad expertise of Banking Data capabilities (BFSI) and Compliance and operational risk (1- 3 yrs.)Exposure to data discovery, data quality and data cataloging tools.
