The Data Management Analyst position will provide day to day tactical execution of key Data Management & Governance functions including:1)Expand the data needs to include all GRC business processes.2)Build GRC ODLs by data exploration activities to identify the common variables and unified definition of these variables3)Implement strong data quality controls in entire data management process with 100% accuracy and 100% on time     delivery4)Define supplemental capabilities to support the standardized data layer5)Follow industry best agile practices to deliver key priorities6)Identify GRC Critical Data Elements (CDEs)7)Nominate GFCC & GRC CDEs to the Enterprise Data Governance board for enhanced governance8)Identify and providing governance of upstream SORs9)Identify data gaps and implementing Data Quality checks while working with the EnterpriseQualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Products, or related field.2-4 years relevant experience in building data capabilities or similar roles.Deep and broad expertise of Banking Data capabilities (BFSI) and Compliance and operational risk (1- 3 yrs.)Exposure to data discovery, data quality and data cataloging tools. (1-3 Yrs.)Exposure to Big data/ cloud data lakesMandatory: Big Data tools, including but not limited to Hive, SQL, and Spark.Behavioral Skills/Capabilities:Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and design industry leading solutions.Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Ability to drive multiple initiatives together with minimum supervision.Strong team building characteristics will be expected.Excellent critical thinking and attention to detailGood communication and persuasion skills with an ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and design.Able to challenge the status quo and drive innovation by generating creative ideas and solutionsTry new approaches when problem solving, seeking ideas, or suggestions from others as appropriateCarry out systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problemsRecognize the importance of partnership to achieve objectivesWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
