How will you make an impact in this role?The Analyst -B2B Analytics and Insights would be responsible for assisting the sales and account development teams in their B2B/ Goods & Services sales journey. The incumbent would be a consultative partner providing data driven insights to help identify best fit payment solutions and recommend strategic improvement actions. Responsibilities:·Deliver on supplier/ spend analytics to help GCS/ ICS Field and leadership drive G&S Spend Strategies using tools like SQL, Python, Tableau etc. ·Solution ongoing and ad-hoc analytics needs through data analysis, creative visualization and storytelling. ·Understand business objectives, customer needs and identify creative ways to leverage existing data capabilities to meet those needs.·Manage end to end project delivery, including supporting prioritization discussions, seamlessly tracking project metrics, providing updates and communicating with stakeholders.·Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support growth strategies, design and build new insights solutions.·Deliver backend data testing/ UI testing and enable smooth & flawless delivery.Minimum QualificationsSeasoned Professional with 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling4 + years of direct experience in SQL/ Hive / Python and working with APIs. Has proven track record on working on large data sets and derive insights from it. Background in B2B: Understanding of B2B payments; knowledge of procurement and/ or accounts payable/ receivable data strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in Analytics, Finance, Commerce, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred. Preferred QualificationAny Visualization tool like PowerBI/ Tableau/ Sisense is preferred. Proactive, self-starter with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
