In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of executive support and project management in a technology-driven environment.Oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline. Technical Expertise includes Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools, Project ManagementDevelop and maintain project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may impede successful project delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Provide regular project status updates and reports to the executive team.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.Serve as a gatekeeper, managing all incoming communications and prioritizing them accordingly.Conduct research and gather information on various topics to assist the executives in decision-makingTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Attention to details.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven organization.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
