Agency Manager - Sme

Recruiting agents, training these agents for selling insurance policies, manage the team of agents, meeting clients & achieving targets.Products to be handled:Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Burglary Insurance, Cargo Insurance, Miscellaneous Insurance.Job Profile:- Acquiring new agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.- Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property and motor.- Maintaining relationships with the agents.- To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the agents.- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.- Up selling and cross selling other products as well.
