About the team: Paytm Money affiliate team enables hundreds of partners to bring financial freedom to their customer's hand through our Paytm Money app. We have already partnered with 750+ affiliates and closed more than 1 lakh accounts with the help of our humble team. Position Overview:As the Affiliate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our affiliate network within the broking industry. Your primary focus will be to recruit, manage, and motivate affiliates to increase sales and brand awareness. This role requires a results-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the financial market.Responsibilities-• Would be part of Alliance & Partnership Team, and shall be responsible to identify and acquire quality Affiliate/Partners through online & offline leads.Maintaining relationships with existing partners & generating referral leads through them.Manage Key account relationships with Partners and ensure their needs are met.Delivering outstanding partner experience in terms of pre & post sales.Ensure individual targets are met on a monthly basis and achieve desired output in terms of productivity & quality.Ensure achievement of all core business objectives & defined KPI.Requirements-Should possess exceptional written & verbal communication skills, Should have a track record of sourcing, engaging with, and selling products/services to corporate/SME clients, and solution sales. Strong numbers-driven profession with analytical and consultative skill set.• Should be confident in pitching proposals and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients • Quick to learn and execute. Strong B2B sales record and ability to pick up or know financial concepts and explain clearly the same to partners.Why join us :1.
