Designing and developing complex components for Ab Initio applications with quality codingInteracting with analysts and end users for information requirementsCoding Ab Initio graphs and components using ETL tools (Ab Initio GDE) and ensuring they arein line with user requirementsTuning Ab Initio process by maximizing the use of components and MFS file system to achievea reduction of total process time.Storing, retrieving, and manipulating data by building queries for system analysis andrequirementsImplementing design decisions using design patterns and plans in Ab Initio and creating UNIXwrapper scripts to handle the complex transformation logicPerforming unit testing, coding, design, and documentationExecuting deliverables to ensure the deadlines are met in a timely mannerKey requirements===================Ab Initio development experience, including experience in deployment architectures, debugging,and troubleshooting graphs.Experience in handling large volumes of data and are well-versed in data integration, batchprocessing, delta processing, and data capturing.Understanding and hands-on scripting/programming experience skills - UNIX shell scripts andPython.Experience of using Agile methodologies with the ability to work in at least one of the commonframeworks.Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Good team player with strong communication skills to be able to interact with variousstakeholders.
