Job Description1. Should have Experience of working on ODATA, Data Dictionary objects Tables, Views, Structures,Table maintenance. Development of Reports, Enhancements, Interface.2. Proficient in Development of Adobe Forms/SMART FORMS/Script for various businessrequirements. Experience in handling and delivering Change requests and exposure toimplementation/ transition projects.3. Should have Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mindset withexperience in client interaction4. Should be highly Skilled in BAPIs, RFCs for interface between SAP and other systems, IDOCsDevelopment/ Support of SAP NetWeaver Portal Development skills in JAVA, HTML, UI5, FIORI5. Should be proficient in Creation of custom apps in SAP ABAP specialized for SAP HCM datamodel and ESS/MSS applications as well as Creation, Activation and modification of SAP ODATAservices for SAP HCM based UI5/FIORI apps for ESS/ MSS6. Should have expertise of SAP FORMS development with SMART FORM / ADOBE Forms7. Expertise in Typical HRMS New Services and Major Enhancement scenario8. Should be have expertise in Complex SAP related development, testing and debugging functionsrelated to the implementation of SAP solution.9. Should understand the requirements from provided functional Spec -Document and transformthese requirements into technical design (TS)
