Xotiv Technologies - Technical Content Writer

Xotiv Technologies are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team as a Technical Writer; you must have hands-on experience in instructional designing and technical courseware development, information architecture and software documentation of software applications and enterprise products for technical and end users. Minimum Qualifications : - 3 to 5 years Technical Writing experience in the cloud, payment or any SAAS domain - B.Tech, B.E, BCA, BA(English Honours) or equivalent degree - Familiar with basic authoring tools including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Technical knowledge- API documentation, Product documentation, Exposure to SaaS based tools and infra Responsibilities : - Responsible to create user guide, help files release notes, etc. - Interact and work with R&D engineers, and marketing team - Develop and maintain end user documents for both mobile and desktop platforms. - Design, write, and test REST API and SDK reference documentation. - Design and author high quality - How to- information and programming guides for API and APP developers. - Develop conceptual and procedural product videos. - Learn and understand the SAAS products Skill Requirements : - Command in English language with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills - Writes content for complex products and generates error-free documents. - Strong software writing experience with good communication skills - Technical knowledge- API documentation, Product documentation, Exposure to SaaS based tools and infra - Should be skilled in information gathering, ideal for articulating customer requirements - Capability to analyze and prepare specifications from Technical and Marketing specifications - Software Product documentation and information architecture - Ability to extract information from Requirement/technical specs - Experience in writing topic-based user documentation. - Take initiative in developing new processes and quality guidelines.
