We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Control I to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in at Pune, MH in HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supports coordination of audits for Global Custody Operations.  Acts as the central point of contact for the Business and Audit.  
Leads meetings with Audit and the Business.  Tracks all requests to completion.  
Works with the Business and Audit to complete the audits as efficiently as possible.  
Reviews evidence provided for completeness and any potential issues and escalates as necessary.
Reviews KRI/KRI data for Global Custody Operations to ensure accuracy.  Collaborates with the Business, Operational Risk, and Operational Control to understand KRI/KPIs and establish if they are appropriate and/or adjustments/changes need to be made.  
Facilitates the concurrence of KRIs for Global Custody Operations.
Provides support for Operational Risk Events for Global Custody Operations.  Ensures the ORE process is completed in a controlled manner, has the proper oversight applied and is submitted on a timely basis in accordance with policy guidelines.  
Reviews and challenges detail write-ups, root cause, and action items.  Tracks all action items to ensure completed timely.
Supports and manages RCSAs for Global Custody Operations.  Works with the Business to draft/update any risks, controls, gaps, and actions.  
Works with Operational Control and Operational Risk and Business to ensure risks, controls, gaps, and actions are appropriate.  Reviews evidence provided for gap/action closure and challenges Business where required.  Tracks all gaps and actions through completion.  
Facilitates the concurrence of Global Custody Operations RCSAs.
May supervise the work of junior control professionals contributing to the achievement of area objectives.
May support projects and own project timelines.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 
Advanced degree preferred
10 plus years of total work experience preferred. 
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred
