Customer Service Representative – COVID - 19 Vaccination Appointments
Remote Working from home; Ontario and Prince Edward Island Residents ONLY
Contract duration:3 months
Work Shift:40 hours per week and to be determined; varied shifts possible ( Monday – Friday); Weekends or early noon to early evening shifts ; please discuss your preferred shifts with the Recruiter

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to work with hospitals in the Province of Ontario in scheduling, managing, and coordinating the COVID Vaccination appointments and schedules via phones.
This is 100 % phone support and not a chat support; Training to application systems will be provided
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manages customer’s request for COVID -19 vaccination appointments and schedules through multiple Hospital online scheduling systems.
Documents, finalizes and coordinates appointment and schedules;
Timely escalates issues in schedules and appointments to accountable entities;
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative in either a call center environment answering inbound calls or face to face customer service tasks;
Has preferably worked in roles that involve keen attention to details; meticulous in documenting and encoding correct information;
Proficient in using Customer Tracking systems and applications.
Engages positively with customers, anticipates problems and able to resolve issues effectively.
Sensitivity, client care, and patience are of the utmost important characteristics for successful candidates
Willing to work in shifts when required
MUST:High speed internet, a reliable desktop/laptop (PCs preferred or MACS, Tablets not acceptable) required, and a reliable headset
MUST be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
