Transition Manager
. The Transition Manager will work alongside the US & India Delivery Team in managing complex transitions within the services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the seamless transition of services, processes, from client environments or incumbent vendors to our organization. This role requires strong leadership, project management,stakeholder management, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing transition team.
What can you expect to do?
Develop comprehensive transition strategies and detailed transition plans
Define scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of service or process transitions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer, process migration, and operational handover
Oversee training, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the transition
Conduct regular status updates, governance meetings, and executive briefings
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Monitor and report on transition progress, risks, and issues to leadership
Ensure all transition documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases are created and maintained
Drive compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Support post-transition handover and stabilization efforts
Conduct post-transition reviews and implement lessons learned
