Seeking a Program Manager to support a large IT and Training Facility. The Training Facility PM will Lead the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities. Oversee the fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seek and develop outside funding sources, serve as the principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance & leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise. Provide oversight of performance across the entire program. Ensure Proper application of program management practices and activities Proper planning and assignment of resources to meet service delivery requirements Organize and deploy resources to meet surge requirements; monitor, control, and provide corrective guidance to tasks and deliverables Consolidate and approve reporting on contract funding, burn rates, and major tasks/efforts/initiatives Raise concerns and risks for discussion with Government leaders, the COR, the CO, and/or company leadership Recommend corrective fixes for the concerns/risks being discussed, and execute Government-approved plans to mitigate or resolve the concern/risk Plan for subsequent phases of work; manage risks and relationships when dealing with Contractors partners, vendors, and sub-Contractors Other functions relating to a typical PM role. Required Qualifications 15 or more years of experience in teaching discipline, education, educational administration and management, counseling/student services, or a closely related field 5 or more years of college-level teaching and/or instructional management experience Master's Degree BA/BS and 4 additional years of educational or educational related experience Associate's Degree and 8 additional years of educational or educational related experience 12 additional years of educational or educational related experience in lieu of a degree U.S. Citizen with a Secret (or higher) Clearance or (Interim required to start) Desired Experience and Skills Demonstrated experience in Training Program and Training Facility Management PMI Project Management Professional or Government equivalent Experience with technical programs and in meeting the needs of a corporate international industry in diverse areas Developed and implemented new programs to serve a government agency and industry and the needs of international initiatives Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, staff, other bureaus, students, and the public Skill in presenting ideas and concepts orally and in writing Managed multiple projects and inspire others to achieve the objectives Worked within an open and team environment using collaborative approaches Ability to focus faculty and staff toward student learning Ability to commit to establishing, maintaining, and assessing collaborative educational and service programs
