What this job involves We are looking for a Traffic Acquisition Director for our Global Digital Marketing team. As a commercially-minded digital marketing senior professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth across all JLL /T core products and corporate marketing audiences, generating demand via digital advertising channels such as Search (PPC), Display, Video and Programmatic. You will also be one of the most senior voices advocating for digital marketing, serving as a catalyst of modernisation of the whole marketing department. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will be part of an industry-leading team that consists of over 60 people including subject matter experts and a delivery team, as well as having access to leading digital platforms and suppliers. This business-critical role requires carefully considered engagement with colleagues and agency partners, while also being comfortable lending resources and support products via a matrix structure. Responsibilities Lead a team of four direct reports who are focussed on Performance Marketing, Precision and Audience Marketing, Office Leasing and Residential sales and lettings Define digital strategies always on and ad hoc that leverage internal and external expertise to drive business growth Ensure maximum utilisation of available capacity and define scalable operations models Be a respected voice representing digital marketing within global and regional marketing while also establishing trusted presence with key business stakeholders Drive quality leads to marketing and business teams, with a focus on end to end attribution, linked to revenue and ROI Partner with select agencies to support commercial outcomes efficiently Plan and manage digital adv budget Report and present results of ongoing activities Every day is different, and in all these activities, wed encourage you to show your ingenuity. To apply you need to be / have Demonstrable experience and a proven track record in leading global or regional digital marketing and/or performance teams within large corporations (B2B experience required, B2C experience beneficial) Expertise with media buying (prior media agency experience preferred) Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to debate and influence senior stakeholders in the pursuit of maximum growth Consummate confidence in working in matrix structures and dealing with ambiguities Proven project management, planning and delivery experience ROI Intuitive approach to problem solving, while grounded on data to drive decisions Strong presentation and communication skills Experience working with multiple internal teams and external agencies Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Full English proficiency (written and spoken) a must What you can expect from us Youll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
