Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities:

Craft and develop test equipment processes to ensure flawless operations and compete globally.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production efficiency.
Monitor and analyze data to determine trends and optimize testing protocols.
Maintain compliance with industry standards, ensuring all equipment meets rigorous quality control measures.
Lead the identification and resolution of technical issues, encouraging an environment of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with experience in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in process engineering, hands on machines troubleshooting and narrow down the issues to root cause and problem solving.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to strictly interpret technical data.
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing protocols and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, ambitious engineering environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects that compete at a global level.
Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
