Ensure achievement of territory sales objectives in line with the Company's mission. Control, organize and direct sales activities for brands like Illumina - NGS & Microarray, Covaris, Fluidigm, Genolution, ASKION, ACEA Biosciencesthrough both strategic and tactical activities. Provide regular reports on status of specific sales, potential market opportunities and market conditions, and competitor activities. Role Description: Cover the target audience with effective product promotion Achieve sales target for the territory for the respective product segment Periodic education of customers on product and application updates Key account management Market intelligence with respect to projects, new customers and competitor activities Identifying key areas of growth in the territory Relationships with KOL Timely reporting and CRM updation Effective forecasting Coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure customer delight Desired Candidate Profile: Mandatory Skills: Knowledge of DNA/RNA/Genomics/Cell Biology/ Flow Cytometry Experience in Illumina,ASKION, ACEA Biosciences,Fluidigm, Covaris and other key cutting-edge product lines. Position: Product Manager (Marketing)Location: DelhiExperience: 4-10 yearsVacancies: 01Status: Open Basic Function and Scope of the Position: Seeking a Product Manager for leading a portfolio of Biologics QC/formulation Platforms to plan, develop, organize and implement marketing strategies, initiatives and tactical programs to achieve business objectives. Role Description: Marketing of the platform cluster to ensure that business objectives are met. Responsible for growth and profitability of the assigned products Work closely with the commercial team to achieve sales and profitability targets. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and work out strategies to penetrate the biologics/pharma market. Design and execute promotion schemes for products for better acceptability / increasing reach, working closely with Digital/Commercial/Segment Marketing team to ensure target results are achieved Analysing sales performance, assessing effects of promotions and providing relevant reports. Based on such analyses, recommends enhancements to promotional efforts. Alignment with all the marketing/commercial groups on the potential overlaps and synergies of the solutions Create workflow based sales tools, Marketing material (Flyers, protocols, sell sheet, digital apps, Product reference sheets), customer presentations, demonstration and training. Conduct training/webinars for internal team to increase the awareness and knowledge of assigned cluster Research competitors, market pricing and industry programs through communication with Segment/Digital Marketing, Sales, Target Customers and Dealers. Who You are: M.Sc Chemistry or M Pharma Extensive contacts in the Biologics/Pharma segment Excellent communication/presentation skills with sales attitude. 3 years experience in a marketing role, demonstrating the ability to translate technical documents into effective marketing collateral. Establishes good scientific understanding on our as well as competition products Upto 50% of time travel across India, alone or with sales team to meet customers and collect market feedback for data driven decision making Position: Field Application ScientistLocation: SouthExperience: 5-10 yearsVacancies: 01Status: Open Basic Function and Scope of the Position: As a Field Application Scientist, you will provide applications support to customers in Singapore, South East Asia, and the Indian Sub-Continent using Illumina's high throughput sequencing and microarray systems Responsibilities: Coordinating new installations, including facility inspections, instrument validation, and customer training. Troubleshooting issues related to the user’s technical skills, biochemistry/assay design, experimental design, software, and instruments. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory. Helping to maintain and increase product usage, and supporting sales efforts through technical presentations and demonstrations. Acting as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams. Developing and improving key company processes that support our mission of building a world-class customer support organization. All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities. Requirements: At least 2 years of biotech experience preferred Prior field experience supporting customers using sequencing or array technologies preferred Demonstrated experience with next generation or high throughput sequencing sample prep technologies and protocols preferred Demonstrated understanding of commonly-used sequencing data analysis software applications preferred Demonstrated bioinformatics expertise and experience with handling and analyzing next generation sequencing or array data is a huge plus.
