Tele Caller - Collections Contact Center

We are immediately seeking for motivated and result oriented Tele callers for our collection contact centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to Customers for Collection of emi payment and achieving the daily/ monthly targets.
Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes effectively.
