The Global Talent Development team is seeking a Business/Technical Trainer that is eager for an opportunity to grow current programs and help kick-start new ones.
Our Technical Trainer III conducts in-house classes for entry-level to senior personnel. Prepares and teaches classes. Prepares and maintains training materials and documentation. Develops, implements, and delivers technical training, AI, Leadership, and Onboarding programs that enhance individual learning and meet the needs of various functional or institutional productivity improvement efforts. Assesses current skill levels and determines and develops individual and group training plans.
Respsonsibilities
Delivers training ½ day or more with multiple media methods.
Applies needs analysis framework with help and understands potential business outcomes.
Utilize Instructional Design principles to build learning (lesson) plans and create effective course materials.
Promotes out-of-classroom activities to enhance learning.
Creates blended learning experiences.
Identifies training needs for groups or individuals. Develops an appropriate mix of formal and informal training activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
Assists with and designs and delivers training programs.
Coordinates and prepares instructional materials for training and development programs.
Maintains appropriate records of training activities and programs.
Develops and maintains current knowledge of training concepts and principles.
Conducts analytics on training programs and prepares reports for an executive audience.

Solid understanding of training methods, utilizing different approaches and technologies.
Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to apply blended or extended approaches to content creation.
Able to use various methods and technologies.
Able to create and implement effective assessments.
The trainer is actively drawing information from the delegates.
In tune with the energy and the comprehension of all in the room, able to adapt both style and schedule to accommodate.
Answer questions based on that subject and peripheral.
Able to execute against timelines.

Knowledge of adult learning concepts.
General knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum development, design, and delivery.
Ability to assess skill levels and training effects. Expertise in the functional area of training.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent work experience.
Requires 5-7years experience in subject and training experience.
AI certificate preferred
