â?¢To provide Remote support on Servers, Storage and Tape auto loader Hardware Support with respective OS Support. â?¢To work with Field Engineer's team with proactive and reactive mode to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents. â?¢To get the knowledge from Customers on Onsite Scenario / Problem Description / System Logs (Hardware/OS) which will be helpful to prepare an Action Plan. â?¢To forward Action Plans (on incident basis) to Field Engineers and extend help to Field Engineers at the time of Activity if they stuck in between following the Action Plan / Activity. â?¢Should be able to handle all Activities such as Field Support in case of Critical Tickets / Emergency, Remote Support, In house MIS Activity & other Techno Managerial Activities â?¢Follows the technical escalation process to ensure timely resolutions and that management are fully briefed on any impediments to achieving the SLA. â?¢Ensures timely and appropriate preventative maintenance activities are performed according to equipment specifications. â?¢Analysis of the Site Environment / System Logs (Hardware/OS) and to prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identifying cause of problems which can be submitted to customers as per requirement o5 to 6 Yrs. Experience in same profile. oShould have own Laptop and Vehicle (Two / Four Wheeler). oShould have Smart Phone with Internet Access. oShould have Driving License. Skills: Technical Support Engineer Experience: 5-7 Years
