3 yearsâ?? experience working as a Technical Support Engineer, preferably with international customers. Ã? Flexible to work in 24/7 environment. Ã? Become the Technical/ Operations advisor for our Partner. Ã? Converse with the Partner and their members on a day to day basis. Ã? Will be required to co-ordinate with various dept. in the NOC and Partner teams and coordinate/escalate as necessary. Ã? Will require to use tools that would facilitate co-ordination with NOC - ITS Portal, PSA Access, Office 365, Skype, Slack or any other tools. Ã? Day- to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the sites allotted for by the Partner. Ã? Resolving technical issues and other problems that may arise. Ã? Work with other partners/tools that the Partner uses for any support/escalations. Ã? Client interactions. Ã? Vendor and ISP management. Required Skills â?? Ã? Administration & maintenance of Microsoft Azure Ã? Administration and maintenance of O365 email service, ADFS and AD-Connect. Ã? Active Directory maintenance & management, clean-up. Ã? Administration and maintenance of DNS, DHCP. Ã? Administration and maintenance of Virtualization â?? Hyper V Ã? Administration and maintenance of different Backup Solutions. Ã? Antivirus and Patch Management on Multiple Networks. Basic Networking. Ã? Responsible for Business continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning. Technical Support Engineer Skills: office 365,ADFS,AZURE,NOC,DNS,Active directory,Microsoft Azure , Hyper V , Virtualization Experience: 3-8 Years
