This Recruiter will support growth and expansion across all global organizations. You will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and managing candidates for Engineering, Platform, Security, IT, Product Management, Marketing, Services, FP&A, Human Resources, Facilities & Office Operations, and other hiring needs as required. In this globally focused role, youll be expected to deliver quantifiable results and a pipeline of candidates. The Recruiter will partner closely with our team of Sr. Recruiters, as well as directly with hiring managers, as we work closely together to hire top talent across the organization. This Recruiter's duties will shift in direct response to the needs of the business duties will will very from sourcing to full lifecycle recruiting. Reporting to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, Product & Technology, this is a full-time regular position, offering growth potential for the right person. Should have 2 3 years of Sourcing and/or Recruitment experience, and 1 2 years in the Software/Technology space. Strong networking & internet recruiting skills a must. Must be proficient at using LinkedIn Recruiter. Should have strong experience with market research, talent mapping, and identifying passive talent in any given vertical. Excellent follow-up skills and a high sense of urgency is required. Ability to shift priorities quickly a must. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally). Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Should have a sense of humor and know how to have fun as part of a great team of passionate and supportive Recruiting professionals. Must have experience with ATS systems, iCIMS preferred. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required.
