Plan, schedule, track and report on project timelines and milestones using project management software tools such as ServiceNow / Jira.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Prepare project status report regularly using established metrics to monitor and report on the progress of the project and communicate on a regular basis the status with Stakeholders and project team.

5-7 years on at least 2 Core Technology Platforms like Microsoft; Java; Integration IBM etc. technologies
Must have worked on at least 2 implementations and deep knowledge on Support process and day to day operations
Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines
Ability to solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to deliver within tight deadlines
Web app development experience
Experience in database - SQL Server / Oracle Interpersonal Skills
