Technical Lead - Node.Js/Javascript/Typescript Developer

Job Role:Senior Software Engineer who designs, develops, tests, and supports Digital Thread Atlas Flow SaaS platform on PTC Atlas Azure cloud
Day to Day Activities:
Build out microservice based features on the Atlas Flow Digital Thread platform.
Build microservices in Node.js (Javascript/Typescript) and deploy them on Kubernetes via Helm
Writing unit & integration tests
Actively participate in discussions to architect the future solutions and choose technologies
Work in an Agile environment
Collaborate with the team to take advantage of new concepts/technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success on Atlas platform
Contribute to Atlas Flow technical direction and standards with engineers on the team
Participate and lead in team's goal setting discussions with Product Management
Continuous grooming of user stories, estimating them, identifying requirement of SPIKEs (Technical Enabler stories)
Participate in technical support activity for the platform
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development

Must have Skills:
Strong communication skills to share & understand ideas. Must be able to understand the requirements elaborated by Product manager and other stake holders
Strong design skills to participate in design discussions and suggest valid recommendations to be incorporated to achieve performant and secure SaaS platform
Strong coding skills to develop microservices using Javascript/Typescript/Node.js
Strong debugging skills to investigate any support tickets and other defects in the system
Strong unit testing skills to write unit & integration tests and incorporate Test Driven Development (TDD)
Strong database knowledge in SQL
Good to have awareness of various services offered by Azure services
Cloud methodologies, SaaS deployments, multi-tenancy concepts awareness
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
