Tech Project Manager - Big Data Solutions (8-12 Yrs) Bangalore (Analytics & Data Science)

Job Requirements : - Design new cloud operating models and lead client teams through the transformation - Lead migration efforts using a streamlined process providing visibility and clarity on budget, resource and timeline - Manage all aspects of complex, cross-functional projects - Plan, organize, schedule, control and monitor projects to ensure timely completion, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction - Proactively identifies potential delivery issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact - Identifies scope changes from the original plan or agreement and escalates to the management team - Works directly with Tech Leads and Directors to ensure project success - Develop, maintain and manage relationships with client executives and engagement sponsors - Develop and Conduct Training workshops - Understand and implement ETL through Informatica with better industry standards. - Understanding Informatica BDM will be an added advantage. - Understanding of AWS services (EC2, EMR, Red Shift, S3, Data pipeline/Glue, Lambda, Spark, Athena). - Should be hands on manager with the strong fundamental knowledge and play a key role in mentoring project teams. - Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders - Expert Understanding of different development process Agile/Scrum, sprint etc. - Knowledge working closely with Jira or other project management software. - Excellent oral and written communications skills as necessary to communicate, negotiate, advice, or resolve issues that are highly complex including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Risk, Quality & Cost Management It would be exceptional, if you also have this : - Ability to apply design thinking principles to simplify visualizations for large data sets - Excellent relationship building and organizational skills - Subject matter expert in a chosen area of specialty through continuous learning and improvement (ref:hirist.com)
