About role:
ICS is looking for a highly motivated Technology Business Systems Senior Analyst for Security Threat Infrastructure Management - STIM (Endpoint Security) Team part of Engineering and Services group. The STIM delivery comprises of:
Provide business analysis towards the identification, evaluation, or testing of automated systems and related procedures. Interacts with business users and formulates business requirements. Develop guidelines for use of result tracking systems.
Candidate should be self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. Provide business analysis towards the identification, evaluation, or testing of automated systems and related procedures.

Define and performs quality checks of automated systems and leverages project tracking systems to manage results. Instrumental in capturing communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Work with user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs and document the same.
Responsibilities:
Publish key metrices like KPI, KRI and other critical metrics with management
Preparing trend analysis and other key metrics from ticketing tools (Service Now ).
Guide and coach the team to reach their expected level of Agile Maturity.
Drive Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization and remove the organizational level impediments.
Partner with Product Owner(s) and to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects.
Facilitate and be accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s).
Drive the Backlog Refinement Sessions with the Product Leads to ensure that the work items are ready-for-work with sufficiently enough details for their get-go.
Partner with Product owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.
Creating, modification of documents related to Endpoint Security Solutions: Antimalware and EDR.
Creating various team metrics and documentation with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data using pivot tables, Scripting, Automation etc.. and with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio) skills.
Take part in technical discussions in-order to capture the requirement and document the same.
Creation of process documentation, SOA, SOP, Metrics, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
Candidate with minimum 4 years of experience on Business systems.
Leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills. Extremely good in verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Expertise on MS Office Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Bachelors or masters degree.
Industry Training / certification - CSM, Security
Market Skills and Certifications
Desired Qualifications:
Intermediate level of knowledge on Scripting language
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Managed service delivery certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma will be beneficial
CSM certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on BCP Business contingency Plan.
Knowledge of Information Security Fundamentals
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
