Key Objectives of the Job

To mature its Master Data Management (MDM) Services has set up Global MDM capabilities into its Global Business Services organization. The Master Data Operations Team Lead for Legal & Integrity will be part of the Master Data Services Operations team and will lead a team executing master data maintenance processes within SLAs, including its controls, and monitor master data quality definitions and rules. The Master Data Operations Team Lead for Legal & Integrity will also be responsible for the Legal Entity & Bank Account Management master data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, Master Data Quality monitoring and implementing, updating, maintaining and improving a legal entity and bank account management system (LEBAM) in addition to providing Compliances administrative support.

Role & Responsibilities
Ensure that Legal & Compliance Process is running within adhered SLA and escalate to Operations Manager in case of any exceptions.
Report on the service level and quality of the team and E2E process.
Conduct root cause analysis for the recurring escalations and errors reported in process and ensure to execute CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for errors identified.
Support the implementation of master data quality rules and master data definitions.
Customer Service mindset with excellent customer service skills.
Support MDM Operations Manager on process standardization and optimization in order to increase the process efficiency.
Pro-active follow-up to business users with regular updates on requests from Requesters.
Be the agent of change by motivating team members to bring improvement ideas
Conducting regular F2F sessions with team members to keep the team engaged and take proactive action in case of any concerns shared by team members.
Lead by example
Provide performance feedback and coaching to the team members.
Ensure to build a high-performance team thereby identifying high performers and low performers on quarterly basis and ensure to take the required action that is beneficial for our services
Conducting PDD discussion with direct reportees along with Operations Manager.
Support Operations Manager for strategic decisions related to process.
Ensure that team will deliver the tasks within agreed deadline
Master data maintenance with respect to legal entities such as changing statutory directors, issue/transferring of shares, banking accounts and banking mandates
Preparing (template) reports for various stakeholders within the organization
Assessing legal documents on reliability
Being the key point of contact on any changes with respect to legal entities and bank accounts
Managing the e-mail inbox to which the data with respect to the legal entities and bank accounts is delivered
Preparing control reports for control of bank accounts
Set up and manage user accounts of LEBAM
Periodically performing data quality reviews
Reporting on required changes in banking systems
Manage issue fixing with business key users and IM support
Run master data KPIs to monitor compliance to standards and report on deviation to data domain experts and business owners

Education & Experience

Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years overall experience with 3 years experience in MDM related function stakeholders, across the different functions
Experience in managing small teams
Fosters a constructive dialogue with functions and key stakeholders
Strong communicator and change agent
Project management experience preferred
Experience with setting up, managing and expanding legal entity data systems preferred
Basic understanding the concept of legal entities and corporate structures, bank account management and security
Proactive approach in recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing solutions
Self-motivated, pro-active and results driven
