ï?§Use to discuss with Team Leader/Account manager, to understand the actual requirements. ï?§Understanding the requirements of clients and candidates to make a match between the client requirements and candidates potential. ï?§Developed a strong relationship with Business Unit Heads, hiring managers and Business directors to encourage a partnership in filling open requisitions. ï?§As per the job description, drafting job synopsis, do the job posting on portals and source the profiles from various sources, like- Internal database, job portals, Personal professional networks, and References and recently using social media, (LinkedIn). ï?§Screen profiles through telephonic, to understand their skills, interest and stability for the assigned position and responsibilities. ï?§To brief the candidates about job profile, company profile, salary and all. ï?§Schedule interview of short-listed candidates with the client company. ï?§Responsible for internal staffing. ï?§Brief interview rounds to the candidates. ï?§Coordinate with account manager to get the final feedback of candidates. ï?§Promptly inform to the selected and rejected candidates with the feedback and reason for rejections. ï?§Maintain internal database based on candidate's status, like selected, rejected, offered and all, for future requirements. ï?§Follow up with the selected candidate till the final closure. â?¢ Agreement signing, invoicing support and collections. â?¢ Handling Key accounts to grow and generate revenue. â?¢ Manage and grow connections with clients. â?¢ Form and execute business strategies and contribute to the growth of Company â?¢ Manage existing relationships and clients â?¢ Drive revenue from company Services (Recruitment) â?¢ Retaining existing clients & trying to upgrade them by cross selling. â?¢ Strategy preparation and implementation with support from management. â?¢ Team handling, monitoring and motivating to achieve assigned targets. ï?§Handling team of 8 Recruiters, responsible for their target. ï?§Arrange client meeting as per schedule & understand current requirement.
