About this opportunity:Join our dedicated Ericsson team as a Travel and Expense (TandE) Auditor. In this role, you'll perform crucial accounting duties within our Shared Services division, working in strict adherence to standard Ericsson Business Process (EBP) Activity guidelines for TandE. Your tasks will encompass everything from handling advances and auditing to the processing and payment of travel and expense claims. You will also provide invaluable end user support. At the end of the day, the accuracy of each company's TandE account balances will speak volumes about your invaluable contribution to our team.
What you will do:- Uphold the speak-up principles outlined in the Code of Business Ethics (CoBE).
- Identify Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) risk factors and act on them in cooperation with your line manager and colleagues.
- Manage service delivery effectively and efficiently.
- Perform thorough vouching procedures.
- Deliver top-notch customer service support.
- Utilize finance software proficiently in the execution of your duties.
- Handle expense accounts accurately and professionally.
