If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Support Senior Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Responsible for the uptime of the client infrastructure being managed / monitored.• Strict adherence to defined policies, processes and procedures• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal• Monitoring of Network and appliances• Ensure hardening & patching of devices meet compliance standards• Following up with Vendors, Service Providers & Partners hardware & software whenever required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes• Work on the Service request and Incidents• Hands-on experience on Network protocols like HSRP, VLANS, STP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS.• Hands-on Experience on CISCO and ENTERASYS L2 switches and WAN Routers including Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and Access point.• Hands on experience on monitoring and managing device through CLI & GUI both• Understanding of Enterprise level of Network Operations• Profiles having networking experience in Data Center industry at any given point in their career will be preferred• Self-driven and motivated to achieve successAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
