About Role :As an AI Data Annotator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our machine learning models by annotating and labelling data in the Korean language. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of annotated datasets, contributing directly to the success of our AI-driven talent intelligence platform.What You Will Learn To Do :Annotate and label diverse datasets in Korean language to facilitate the training of machine learning models.Adhere to project guidelines and specifications to maintain high-quality annotations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Identify and rectify data inconsistencies or errors, maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in annotation methodologies.What We Look For :Proficiency in the Korean language is essential, with a deep understanding of linguistic nuances.Previous experience in data annotation, particularly within machine learning or AI projects is a plus.Familiarity with annotation tools and methodologies is advantageous.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality annotations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for the transformative potential of AI in talent management.Note:This will be a one-year direct contract with Eightfold.AI and will be extended depending on your contribution, performance and the business need.We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
