In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients.Sourcing / Procurement,is responsible forprocurement (e.g.,purchasingand supply chain activities), as well as vendor management (e.g., business requirements gathering, sourcing strategy, competitive and market assessments, negotiation, contracting, and relationships associated with outsourced services).

Whatyou'lldo in the role:
Turn business requirements into solutions that drive meaningful reporting and analysis for stakeholders across Sourcing and the Firm.
Translate complex business processes and concepts into simplified presentations for various organizational levels to digest.
Oversee/workwith outsourced teamsto driveoperational excellence and consistency.This includes assisting with quality assurance, resolving escalations,monitoringand ensuring adherence to KPIs.
Write complex queries for large volumes of data (joins, functions, sub queries, etc.).
Monitor a healthy pipeline of deliverables to ensure they are correctly prioritized and completed on time.
Remain up to date on, recommend and implement technology solutions thatfacilitateThird Party data enrichment/classification and insightsrelated tocommercial opportunities.
Remain up to date on, recommend and implementsolutions for driving Third Party data processes aligned withbest in classindustry benchmarks.
Work independently with stakeholders for any ad hoc data requests or modifications to existing reporting solutions anddashboards .
Whatyou'llbring to the role:
Minimum 8years experiencein a professional setting with a strong focus on reporting and data analytics.
Analytical skills with experience in using objective data to drive strategic recommendations.
Experienceincollecting,analyzingand synthesizing large and complex datasets.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers, data connections, macros).
Client management and teamwork skills:Demonstratedability in being flexible and working with stakeholders and colleagues at all experience levels, as well as external counterparts.
Understanding/interest in how AI solutions can enhance/optimize data practices.
Experience with AribaOnDemand (preferred).
Industry experience with sourcing, procurement, and expense management (preferred).
Knowledge of BI tools such as SQL and Tableau (preferred).
Experience with Accounts Payable and expense management data (preferred).
