Job Description We are seeking an experienced project manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of projects, execute on continuous improvement opportunities and mentor junior team members. This is a high-visibility role within the organization that will interact across the APAC customer portfolio, executive team, and all business functions within the organization. The candidate will be an advocate for the division and serve as role model for the Operations team onsite. The role will initially be an individual contributor and expected to take on direct team leadership responsibilities sequentially. Reports to the Head of Operations, Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will: Manage a portfolio of implementations and customers at different stages of the implementation process, lead departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering excellence. Execute mid-size to large projects as Primary Project Manager, along with workstream leads. Enroll internal teams into projects, organize interdepartmental activities, and ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Execute to company approved project management processes, tools, standards and procedures without fail. Create reference-able customers through outstanding implementations and superseding customers’ expectations. Develop post mortem materials for continuous improvement. Identify, develop and drive process improvement initiatives as a key contributor to department growth. Mentor and coach junior team members and provide development feedback as necessary. Represents team on Sabre Hospitality wide projects and initiatives. Be expandable beyond the initial role to take on leadership appointments. Job Requirements Knowledge of the hospitality industry is strongly desired Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred. 5 years of experience managing multi-faceted projects and delivery/operations teams Experience managing teams of 3 or more professionals Experience with enterprise and large-scale migrations Project/Program management expertise Previous experience in setting/managing PMOs Proven ability to guide stakeholder decisions PMP preferred Fluency in additional Asian language a strong plus LI-115870621_SZ1 Sabre Corporation is the leading technology provider to the global travel industry.
