RESPONSIBILITIES - Strategy: Awareness and understanding of the Retail Banking & Group T&I strategy - Business: Awareness and understanding of the Retail Banking business strategic priorities and initiatives and a broad understanding of the competitive landscape in which bank operates. - Processes: Responsible for System Development Framrwork [SDF] delivery process for Retail Data Foundation Programme, more specifically in Retail Data Analytics space. - People & Talent: - Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
