Details of the offer

Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan tugas utama posisi staff administrasi / admin pembukuan
• Membuat pembukuan dan laporan keuangan
• Melakukan transaksi keuangan perusahaan dan mencatat transaksi secara akurat
• Melakukan penanganan pembayaran kepada client
• Melakukan penagihan kepada pelanggan
• Membuat laporan pajak
• Merekap absensi pekerja
• Melakukan perhitungan gaji + lembur + insentif (payroll)
• Mengelola dokumen dan surat menyurat perusahaan
• Memberikan support ke bagian operasional back office dan lapangan
• Menjamin ketersediaan alat operasional hingga akomodasi staff lapangan
• Berdomisili di Wilayah Indonesia

Kualifikasi / Persyaratan :

• Pria dan Wanita
• Usia Maksimal 33 Tahun (Lulusan D3 / S1 )
• Usia maksimal 28 tahun (Lulusan SMA / SMK)
• Berpengalaman membuat administrasi
• Bersedia berkerja Lembur apabila diperlukan
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer minimal Microsoft Office Word, Excel, dan Power Point
• Bersedia berkerja dalam tekanan (deadline)
• Mampu bekerja dalam team dan individu
• Pekerja Keras dan Bertanggung Jawab
• Memiliki Loyalitas Tinggi terhadap Perusahaan
• Jujur, Teliti, Disiplin dan Cekatan
• Pengalaman (disukai) / Non Pengalaman (Fresh Graduate) Boleh mencoba
