What you will be doing: Develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on leveraging business services with out of the box capabilities Provide advanced support for ServiceNow platform by troubleshooting, fixing bugs and conducting root cause analysis Manage Active Directory users and Password Reset through Orchestration Workflows Creation of custom probes Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes. Develop Reports & Dashboards Provide technical coaching to junior developers Work with cross-functional team in an agile and fast-paced development environment to define user stories and tasks Architect new ways of solving problems using the ServiceNow platform Review and recommend where ServiceNow platform fits into the enterprise architecture roadmap · What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed: Minimum 6 years of experience working with Service Now Platform Automation expertise using ServiceNow orchestration. Understanding of configuration and implementation experience of CMDB Working knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management Deep knowledge of service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc) IT Ops experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environments Extensive experience with ITOM, specifically service mapping, discovery, event management and orchestration Experience with ServiceNow Event Management / Event Co-relation Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including some Javascript, PowerShell, SSH, or SOAP message knowledge. Experience ServiceNow Orchestration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and platform. Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members ServiceNow certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified System Admin A Degree in Computer Science or relevant field At Veritas, we care about the causes close to your heart and enable you to volunteer, donate, and do good.
