If you are passionate about solving one of the most fundamental challenges of our society - employment, working on hard business problems, and being part of an amazing growth story - Eightfold is the place to be!Responsibilities:Ensure proper recognition of revenue, deferred revenue and unbilled receivables for Professional Services revenue.Ensure proper cost capitalization and recognition of cost in accordance with matching principal.Monitor NetSuite Advance Revenue Module (ARM) and validate data on Sales Orders, Invoices, and Revenue ArrangementsAssist in establishing and maintaining SSP analyses : review transactions for multiple element arrangement linkage, selling trends, segments, compliance, etc.Assist in establishing processes for the growing OEM ecosystem. Perform OEM partner royalty reconciliation on a monthly/quarterly basis. Establish relationships with both internal/external business partners to identify issues and suggest process improvement. Strive to be the owner of OEM partnership process as a finance representative.Monitor and maintain system configurations including SKUs and fair value price listEngage on special projects, including system implementation and updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process documentationPerform monthly/quarterly close tasks including revenue review, journal entries and accruals, account reconciliations and analysisIdentify and troubleshoot Production issues and partner with Business Systems to implement solutionsPrepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports and disclosures including Deferred Revenue and BacklogAssist with external auditsIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes and automating manual tasksCollaborate and partner with cross functional teams to influence best practicesBe flexible to take on new ad hoc projects and be able to adapt to fast paced environment.Requirements:Undergraduate degree in Finance/ Accounting or related fieldAbility to interpret and apply GAAP, ASC 606 preferredGood understanding of data from across systems in Quote to Cash cycle.Experience in using NetSuite ARM8+ years of experience in revenue operationsWe are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
