Years of Experience: 10-15 Years JOB SUMMARY: In this role, your responsibilities will include: Together with the Leadership Team determine and keep track of agenda for Strategy, Vision and Functional Plan for the next year Develop and deliver the annual Employee Experience Strategy & Functional Plan document Determine and create framework on the Strategic Jobs to Be Done both from global perspective and regional market perspective. Assure prioritisation conversations can happen at leadership team level where needed to assure balanced workload across the teams. Employee Experience Leadership Team: Own Agenda of the Employee Experience Leadership Team meetings: Agree and set agenda, define pre-work, and review materials Drive overall Employee leadership team Engagement Drive decision making in Employee Experience Leadership Team, and be able to communicate decisions and cascade to EXLT and full EX team Drive Employee Experience Priority Governance: Tracking of the ongoing projects both from global and regional market level and providing regular updates to EXLT and applicable stakeholders. Identification of resource (and other) alignment needs between projects. Drive governance and alignment in ‘ways of working’ between all programmes (i.e. between & in regional project teams, with suppliers, with Unilever tools like SharePoint / extranet) Training & transfer knowledge Share Best Practises and learnings between regions and teams. Stakeholder Management - Assist EXLT where possible & necessary Drive alignment in Communications from global to regional teams. Ensure Integration between the different streams and teams within total Employee Experience team: Develop and manage integration between different teams in Employee Experience and help drive setup and functioning of different EX communities together with relevant leadership members Help drive the overall communication and engagement strategy within the whole employee experience team Drive and constantly improve quality of the Workplace & Travel Services Performance Dashboard. KEY REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills, as well as cross-functional team facilitation experience required Ability to move easily from Helicopter view across the whole Service Line into the details of a project if needed and vice versa Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks according to business needs; working with remote and virtual teams.
