Details of the offer

• Should possess knowledge of unsecured business loans.

• Experience in generating revenue by converting leads of business loans from various paid digital marketing channels ( Google/ Social Media) in financial services

• Minimum 1 years of experience in working with a financial services company/ Fintechs (preferably unsecured business loan sector)

• Hands-on experience in Google Adwoards, Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Paid Campaigns

Job Description:

• Driving Digital Analytics for overall experience of website and mobile APP, identifying insights from the data and providing recommendations using analytical skills.

• Create projections and forecasts to develop marketing budget plan to optimize spends and analyze the best digital medium of marketing

• Analysing customer behaviour using available data & competitive research to influence changes on the website

• Formulating integrated Google SEO-SEM strategy/ keywords strategy and executing it.

• Setup and scale paid SEM campaigns and innovate to generate quality leads for the business while continually monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements

• Regular coordination with technical team and testing of Mobile APP to detect bugs and cater to feedback received from users of APP.

• Research and gather market insights for competition bench-marking and suggest + implement best & emerging industry practices for the website.

• Managing Content Management Systems (CMS) - WordPress and regularly updating for changes.

• Suggesting best practices for on-page and off-page SEO and working with website mgmt teams to implement.

• Suggesting website content requirements for SEO and working with internal digital content team to improve SEO friendly content on website and off-website

• Contributing to manage partners/ alliances to drive traffic/ leads/ business on digital platforms

• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention.

• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the marketing automation tools of CRM. Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.

• Carrying out all MIS/ Reporting for digital marketing/ web/app activities

Key Performance Indicators:

• Conversion Rate %, Qualified Lead Rate %, Sales targets through leads generated from various paid digital channels in coordination with call-center team

• Cost per lead, cost per acquisition, cost per click, lead generation in time and cost , lead gen target and sales target

• Timely ( TAT ) for digital campaigns execution

• Timely MIS/ Analysis Reports

Qualifications: Engineering / Graduate (Science) / MBA
