The Business Onboarding and Transition (BOaT) department is seeking a candidate to work as a Transitions Manager and Business/Project Analyst. As a Project Manager in GOPSs Business Onboarding and Transition team you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle for strategic business operational initiatives. These projects may involve process optimization, operational improvements implementation, operating model restructure, risk mitigation and controls or growth strategy opportunities. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with uncertainty and deadline pressure and possess knowledge of the asset management industry and the processes that support it. You will lead the end-to-end planning and management of multiple projects to ensure delivery within expected timeframes and business objectives

3-5 years experience within the Financial Services industry preferably with Account Opening exposure

Work with client service teams and local sub custodian banks to facilitate client account openings, closings, conversions, renewals and amendment requests

Act as technical resource to Account Opening Associates

Responsible to know Inhouse/External documentation review

Should have experience in sending SWIFTS messages

Should have knowledge about Omnibus structure.

Interprets client needs and works to meet those needs

Negotiate with sub-custodian on the documentation

Participate in Market projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Performs review of teams work
Assist in managing all client escalations

Resolve issues and prioritize actions in the absence of the managers.
Share responsibility with manager for accurate and timely processing for deliverables and for coaching and development of staff

Contributes actively in team activities, sharing experience and ideas

Understanding of global custody and/or international markets a plus

Assisting with assigning daily work and running our group email box.

Resolve issues and prioritize actions in the absence of the managers.
Facilitates meetings with clients, sub-custodians and impacted SSB parties to ensure high levels of service are maintained
Ability to recognize and prioritize issues through daily updates, ensuring work is completed within established timeframes

Working closely with internal teams during the onboarding process confirming requirements and addressing their inquiries.

Assist in daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

A college degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent).

Knowledge of State Street systems such as Multi Currency Horizon (MCH).

Excellent communications skills with confidence to interact with multiple levels of management.

Desire and ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
