Description POSITION SUMMARY Bath and Body works is seeking a passionate team member that loves the intersection of marketing, data and technology to help expand our marketing technology capabilities and get us to next. Focusing on personalization, audience and feed management and automation you will play a key role in implementing a marketing technology roadmap that creates efficiency, and ultimately provides a better advertising experience to our customers. Working with platforms such as Audience Management Platforms, DMPs, CDPs, Ad Servers and ESPs you will help marketing channel owners get the right data to the right place at the right time to engage our customers and fuel the continued growth of Bath and Body Works. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with marketing leadership, channel owners and cross functional partners to identify and positively impact areas of opportunity and the technology solutions that can help solve Act as a bridge between Marketing and IT and help guide strategically minded marketers through the complex digital marketing landscape Maintain a close pulse on the marketing technology landscape / industry and make recommendations to evolve and address efficiency/effectiveness challenges Co-ordinate operational components of audience and feed management systems and work strategically to implement and refine new data integrations and signals for targeting, personalization and optimization Create smart and efficient processes to enable channel owners to maximize value of existing technology Partner closely with IT team on pixel/tag management and the movement of customer data Partner closely with analytics and channels owners to facilitate A/B testing that can garner actionable insights and improvements Serve as a marketing representative/ stakeholder for key IT projects and implementations Keep up to date on Customer and Digital data regulation and browser restrictions to maintain marketing compliance and act in the best interest of our customers Work to automate key marketing functions such as reporting, audience passing and day to day pain points Break down silos and build a single unifying view that enables us to put our customers at the center of our programs and engage them seamlessly everywhere Assist in project manager for technology related items across the entire marketing team Work closely with display channel and related technologies, to include DMPs, Ad Servers, On boarders, and DSPs Consolidate, streamline and reduce redundant technologies to create efficiency and cost savings Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Proven track record of implementing marketing technology solutions and driving innovation Working knowledge of SQL Experience working with Data-Warehouses, CRM data and customer analytics Strong project management skills Exposure to analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DataStudio or similar tools Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills coupled with the ability work in a highly matrixed organization Ability to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with internal and external partners Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude Proven ability to draw insights from data and drive test and learn agenda Highly proficient with Excel & PowerPoint Intellectual curiosity PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree Marketing, Analytics, Information Sciences or equivalent Real World education 3-5 years experience in marketing with an emphasis on technology or analytics Ecommerce experience Consumer experience preferred, retail a plus NOTE MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
