WHAT YOULL DO Managing Campus Recruitment Process for all Undergrad campuses (IITs, CA, DU, International Campuses etc) Partnering with the Key Stakeholders- Campus Champs/ Recruiting Directors and Campus Co-Ordinator’s for various Campus events Sourcing and Screening of Resumes (1st level shortlisting) Finalizing Panels and logistics for all Campus Events- Pre-Placement Talks Dinner & PPT Event Final Recruiting Event Creating and maintaining the campus budget for all Campus Cycles Meeting the target numbers for the Associate Cohort Issuing the offer letters to all the selected candidates- Ensuring the letter issued is as per the company norms Ensuring the acceptance and receipt of the acceptance copies within the stipulated time Communication to the support staff- (HR, IT. Staffing, CDC etc) on details of the new joiners. Experience in a service industry preferably in Management Consulting Fluency in written and spoken English Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Strong communication skills both written and oral Solid business partner with the ability to dialogue, communicate at all levels
