byNI LabVIEW softwareto meet the ever - changing demands of the wireless industry and see
theengineering process through from design to validation to production. To keeppace with the
constantlygrowing number of standards, LabVIEW graphical design software offers a set of
toolsfor signal generation, analysis, visualization, and processing of standard andcustom digital and
analogmodulation formats. The software-designed approach delivers the powerful andcost reducing
wirelesstest systems that engineers have come to rely on from NI.

TheRF Software team at NI is seeking ato work onengineering opportunities that enable creation of world class RF products. Theteam works on developing and delivering software for various RF Standards. Theprimary responsibilities in this position include working with engineering teamsto define, design, develop, document and test features.
TheSoftware Engineerpositionis a challenging role within NIdealing with diverse engineering skills to solve problems, execute tasks, anddevelop features to create high quality products.
·Independentlyprototype and develop features for RF products using LabVIEW
·Involve in designing andwriting test cases for the developed features
·Develop& maintain automation tools
·Develop and maintainfeature documentation
·Implement assigned taskswith high quality
·Follow softwaredevelopment processes and design practices of the team
·Understand and adhere tocoding guidelines of the team
·Coordinatewith the other teams in RF on design, implementation and testing
·Meet challengingdeadlines while ensuring code quality
·Spenda percentage of time in supporting customer issues pertaining to the productthat you have worked on and that has been released to the customers
·Participatein the recruitment efforts for the RF group
Basic Qualifications
·0–2 years of industryexperience with a demonstrated ability in problem-solving, diagnosing technicalissues, and proposing reasonable solutions
·Familiarwith text-based programming languages, preferably C/C++ or C#, and developmentexperience on Windows platform


Preferred Qualifications
·Understanding of NI software tools (preferably LabVIEW)
·Hands on use of NI hardware platforms
·Demonstrated ability to:

oeffectively work in a diverse, multi-cultural group development environment
otake initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently
oquickly learn applicable technology, systems and products
